Eunice Tohthe 2020-21 CALS Graduate Research Assistant, has received the 2020 Katharine Rodier Graduate Student Travel Award from the Society of the Study of the Multi-Ethnic Literature of the United States. Her paper, "Blackness, the Underground, and Quotidian Fugitivity in Pauline Hopkins's Winona," was presented at the Society's annual conference in March 2021.
